Coconut, Peanuts & Treenuts

I am highly allergic to coconut, peanuts, and all tree nuts. I also have a mild allergy to dairy. Because the dairy allergy is mild, I can eat dairy when it is cooked, like cooked cheese on pizza, but I can only have a few slices. It is difficult to eat from Indian restaurants because they normally serve coconut and nuts in the food. Most days I eat home cooked meals and take home made meals to school. In the case that I accidentally get an allergic reaction, each reaction depends on what I ate and how much. For example, for my milk allergies, If I get a reaction because I drank a little bit of uncooked plain milk, then I would probably just be a little bit itchy. If I drank a lot of plain uncooked milk, then I might swell up a little bit, get a rash, or even throw up. If I ate a lot of cheese pizza then I would maybe just get a few bumps on my face. For my peanut and tree nut allergies, it depends on what the nut is. If it is almonds, I barely even have a reaction. I might itch a little bit, but that is all. Peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, chestnut, macadamia nuts, walnuts, and brazil nut are the nuts that I am most allergic to. If I ate walnut, then I would, at the minimum, get hives and swell up. I could also throw up or go to the emergency room. It is also the same for coconut. If I ate any peanuts, tree nuts, or coconut, I would definitely at least swell up, get itchy, or get hives. Even though my allergy to this is severe it is not as severe that even if I smell it I get an allergic reaction. I can still smell and touch it, but I do not get a reaction. If I do touch it, it is better to wash my hands because if I touch my face, it is possible that I might get a small reaction.
