I have heat allergy and kiwi allergy, and both affect my daily life. Heat allergy affects me the most. When I am exposed to heat, whether from hot weather, being in the sun, exercising, or even feeling stressed, my skin reacts almost immediately. My skin becomes very irritated, itchy, and I get lots of red hives all over my body. These reactions are uncomfortable and sometimes painful, and they can make it difficult for me to concentrate at school, work, or during daily activities.
Because of this condition, I have to be very careful about my environment. I try to stay in cool places, avoid spending too much time outdoors when it's hot, and wear light clothing to help prevent reactions. It can be frustrating because I can't always do the same things as others, especially during the summer. Sometimes people think I'm exaggerating or being "too sensitive," but my reactions are real and not something I can control.
I'm also allergic to kiwi fruit, so I have to pay close attention to what I eat. I always check labels and ask questions before trying new foods to avoid allergic reactions.
Living with these allergies has taught me to be careful, responsible, and aware of my body. Although it can be challenging, I do my best to manage my condition and move forward.
